Being a dispatcher is a difficult role in a courier company that not everyone is capable of filling. It requires a strong mind and the ability to multi-task on a continual basis, all day long. A dispatcher has to have a complete understanding of where all of the couriers are during the course of their day to ensure that every delivery is made on time. A dispatcher has to be able to make quick decisions when packages or medical materials need to be picked up and shipped quickly.
More than anything, our dispatchers are the heart and soul of what we do at Fleet Couriers. While managing our daily routes, they process our same day deliveries for our expedited couriers and assist our them with any issues they might encounter during the course of the day. And the best part is, they maintain the highest standards in professionalism and do it all with a smile.
